Qabeelat Ihsaan, in Malaysia, launched a fund to support the involvement of Sis. Norazrina Jaafar, an active student of AlMaghrib Institute Malaysia, whose husband, Br. Noramfaizul Mohd Nor, was killed by stray bullets during a humanitarian mission in Somalia.
